 Ingredients

5 cl of Barcardi Rum
1,5 cl of lime juice
1,5 cl of lemon juice
1,5 cl of liquid sugar
1,5 cl of Green Chartreuse
3 cl of crème fraiche
1 egg white

 Preparation

Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker
Add crushed ice
Shake vigorously
Pour into your glass (tumbler)
Add 4 cl of Perrier water
Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint
